Orcadian Norman Sinclair, graduate of Robert Gordon’s Institute of Technology, is an acclaimed Highland businessman. He’s very proud to have created a company that showcases brewing real ale in Scotland.

Head Brewer Andrew joined us in 1994, having graduated from Heriot-Watt University with a degree in Brewing and Distilling. His tinkering maintains our outstanding quality, and inspires the staff with his endless diligence in the sampling room.
