Puffin Ale

Puffin is a burnished 4.5% bronze beer, with aromas of spices, sweet nutty malt and dark fruits. An inviting rich malt palate of coffee and dark chocolate, is balanced with notes of herbs and spicy fruitiness, with a long bitter and roast malt finish. This ale is available as a cask seasonal during the months of September and October as well as in our 500ml bottles all year.

Puffins are local inhabitants to the islands and are playfully known as 'clowns of the sea' or 'sea parrots'. Pair with mild cheese, roast chicken or pork.
